Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern access to and use of the KubaPay mobile application and website (hereinafter "the Service"), published by KubaPay.
KubaPay is a money transfer service allowing users to top up a wallet account and send funds to mobile money accounts and other payment solutions internationally.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the Service.
3. Account creation
To use KubaPay, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
- Use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Provide false information during registration
- Attempt to bypass the Service's security measures
- Use the Service for the benefit of unauthorized third parties
5. Fees and pricing
Fees applicable to each transaction are displayed transparently before confirmation. KubaPay commits to not applying hidden fees. Exchange rates are guaranteed at the time of transaction confirmation.
6. Liability
KubaPay implements reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the Service. However, KubaPay cannot be held liable for service interruptions, delays due to third-party operators (mobile money, banking networks), or indirect damages.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support. KubaPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms or applicable regulations.
8. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts.
